OUR SHACKS
STUDIO / 1 BEDROOM UNITS
Most of our Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Shacks are nestled into their own compound that stretches between E Ashley Ave and E Cooper Ave for a unique and affordable vacation experience. All units are a short 2 minute walk to the beach at 4th E Beach Access, and 7 minute walk to Center Street with Folly’s famous bars, restaurants and shops. We live right across the street from the main compound on E Arctic Ave, so we are close by if any needs come up. Our larger Whole house properties are more private and located a bit farther away from Center Street.

We live right across the street from the main compound on E Arctic Ave, so we are close by if any needs come up. In fact, Shore Shack 2BR is located on the parcel we live on, and is directly across from Beach Access for those who want a more ocean-front experience. Our larger Whole house properties are more private and located a bit farther away from Center Street.
OUR SHACKS
WHOLE HOUSE
Outside of our main compound where the studios and 2BR units are we have 5 Whole House properties that range from an Oceanfront cottage 2BR, to several 3 BR houses with decks and porches, and one 4BR house with a prime ocean view. The non – oceanfront houses are just a block off the beach. All have private entrances and dedicated driveways and are some are an easy 2 block walk to Center Street, while others are a mile away if you want more solitude.
