We are Folly regulars and I can safely say this is our new forever rental! The house is in the perfect location, and is very upscale from the beautiful decorations, to the small spa like touches in the bathrooms. Big enough for a crowd, yet still feels like there are plenty of spots to retreat and curl up with a book. Wonderful home!

The perfect place to spend our vacation with friends and family! Sam was a fantastic host. He proactively communicated, gave us local recommendations, and answered our needs/questions promptly. The house is stunning and spacious. Just walk across the street and you are at the beach. We loved spending time on all 4 porches and cooking our fresh catch from a fishing charter in the amazing kitchen! The house is equipped with everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, and outdoor shower made going to the beach easy and stress free. We can’t wait to visit again!

We arrived to find a gorgeous home with all the amenities—and then some! The space was extremely spacious, beautifully maintained, and had just the right touch of a beachy vibe that made us feel instantly relaxed. We booked this for a quick girls’ getaway to celebrate my niece’s upcoming wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We made wonderful memories and are already planning to return. Sam was incredibly gracious and communicated clearly throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The house was very comfortable for our group of 6. Great appliances and spacious bathrooms—one for each bedroom. Note, the upstairs bedroom door is a French door with glass, this did not bother our group but good to know that it is not that private. We loved the open floorplan. Beach access was close to the home. Overall the area was quiet and the beach was not crowded with exception of July 4th. Host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Would return.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed. The quality of the home was beyond our expectations. Sam was an excellent host. He even went out of his way to allow us to check in early. It was one of our nicest vacations our family has been on and we will definitely we back.

We've stayed at other 4 BR places on Folly but this was by far the most sunny and open. Amazing ocean views for not being right on the beach. Loved the decks-porches although it was cold the sun kept us warm --adding to the enjoyment of our morning coffee or afternoon beers. Huge living dining space had multiple areas for us to relax or work at the grand farm table(fireplace added warmth and ambiance too). Kitchen was more gourmet than expected--perfect for the1 meal we cooked. Super comfy mattresses and luxury private baths in each BR felt like a 5-star hotel. Elevator is a plus for carrying luggage and groceries. Easy beach access and a short walk to town. Sam was very responsive and made check-in easy. Definitely coming back in the summer!
