Sandy Feet Retreat was a great Folly house for a short vacation. Very clean and comfortable space. Location was perfect- easy walk to town and across the street from the beach. The sunny deck had sneak peek ocean views and made for relaxing afternoons, and the back yard was big enough to throw the ball around. It was a good warm up before watching football games on the big screen TV in the Carolina Room. Bedrooms are spread out so our blended family didn’t feel like we were on top of eachother, but when we did gather together for games or meals the large farm table off the kitchen was the perfect set up. The kitchen was big enough for our infamous “too many cooks in the kitchen“ family meals and was easy to clean up. Sam made check in smooth and easy and was quick to respond to the one small maintenance issue we had. A wonderful downshift for our family and we will definitely be back for a longer stay this summer!

Had a wonderful time as a family meet-up. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the sun deck. Location was awesome as beach access I across the street. We always cook one dinner as a family and the grill was a welcomed bonus.

Literally steps from the beach entrance. Interior is a bit dated and could use some updating but it was clean, easy access and worked great.

If you are looking for just a very small walk to the beach at a good price this place is for you. Our host described this place to a T and it was everything He said it was. we will definitely return. Very clean and easy to access. Great place with kids!
